On our website, you can choose from the following payment methods: Paystack and Bank Transfer. In our webshop you can pay online by credit card, which is done through the Paystack payment gateway. Paystack is one of the most secure online credit card payment providers in the world. To use online credit card payment, you must provide your credit card number, expiration date, and the three-digit CVC code on the back. Don't worry, we won't have access to the data you provide here in any way.
We ship orders within a business day, that contain only products that are in stock with us, and we receive the order by noon.
All products in stock will be delivered to the specified address within 1 to 3 working days within Abuja, and 2 to 5 working days for other regions in Nigeria. If the ordered product is not in stock, the delivery time is 2 weeks. In case of home delivery, we recommend that you enter a delivery address where the courier will surely find you between 9:00 and 17:00.
If the product is in the manufacturer's warehouse (in 99% of cases), we can send the package within 10 to 14 working days. In rare cases, our inventory information is incorrect, in which case we will notify you immediately by phone or email.
If you have received the product in your order, but would like to exchange it for something else, please email info@mantisgolfshop.com with your order ID and write which product you would like to exchange for. It is important to write the article number of the products, you will find this on the product page in the webshop, so that misunderstandings can be avoided. You will then need to deliver the product to our office, this can be done by post or courier. In this case, the postage for the return and the second shipment must be borne by you, because it is not our fault that the product must be replaced.
